What exactly is the "infrastructure"?
It's a collection of products, services and software delivered by us, partners & third party providers, compiled to create an all-in-one solution, supported by tech.
What if I want to keep my accountant?
That's great – your accountant can work with you via the New infrastructure.
We welcome the best accountants: good people who know their stuff, and put clients first, all while charging fair prices.
What if I'm locked in contracts with my current service provider(s)?
Our legal team will happily have a look at your contracts and let you know how soon you can exit, including if you can exit early due to any loopholes or grounds for early termination.
What if it makes more sense to have my own ltd co?
Depending on the stage you're at, we will help you understand your options so you can make an informed decision.
Either way we offer a fully managed service so you'll have minimal admin.
Can I migrate from my existing limited company?
Yes, if you're done with the expense and headache of running your own ltd co, you can migrate onto New and we'll help you close your company down.
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes we can – and we'll share your options for the migration. We'll make it as seamless as possible.
Sometimes you'll be able to end your contract with them early – we can check this for you.
How soon do I get paid after your collect fees from clients?
We have a pay-promptly promise. We do payments every weekday and will process your payment within 1 business day of the money landing.
What if I have legal or accountancy questions?
You can ask any question any time, for no extra charge, in the group. You have available time on demand for 1:1s on demand via chat, email, or phone/video call.
